- Purchases from iminxx.com or the I’m in experience store can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipping or purchase.

Return Policy
Eligibility:

- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of shipping.

Return Conditions:
- All returned items will undergo a final inspection before a Returns Coupon Code is issued.
- Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted.If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must be returned. If not, the retail price of the GWP will be deducted from your Returns Coupon Code value.
- Refunds are issued only in the form of a Returns Coupon Code — no cash refunds.
